摘要
教师组织承诺被视为关乎学校成功和未来的最重要因素之一。它关系到教师的工作表现,缺勤,倦怠,和离职等行为。根据组织承诺的结构,我们可提出提高高职院校教师组织承诺水平的建议。
Organizational commitment of teachers has been identified as one of the most critical factors in the success and future of universities. It contributes to teachers' work performance, absenteeism, burnout and turnover. Four suggestions in terms of dimensions of organizational commitment are proposed to enhance the level of organizational commitment of teachers in higher vocational institutions.
