摘要
当代大学生就业面临更为激烈的竞争,求职过程中遇到挫折不可避免,高校师生应从分析求职过程中受挫的原因入手,强调受挫能力培养的重要性和必要性,进而探讨大学生求职过程中如何培养受挫能力的方法,从而实现顺利就业的目标。
College students can＇t escape away from setbacks because of current keen competition in job seeking. Higher educational institutions should focus on nurturing their ability of resisting setbacks, further explore into the ways to obtaining this ability for the purpose of ensuring their employment.
