摘要
试验用HQ钢控轧及轧后的加速冷却试验表明,典型组织为多边形铁素体+粒状贝氏体。冷却速度和终冷温度等冷却工艺参数对钢材的组织性能有很大的影响,可以通过各参数的合理组合,在提高强度的同时又提高韧性。
Controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiments of HQ steels shows that typical microstructure consists of polygonal ferrite+granular bainite. Cooling process parameters,such as cooling rate and finish temperature of cooling have great effect on microstructures and mechanical properties of steels. Strengthening as well as ductility improvement could be achieved by reasonable combination of the process parameters.
