摘要
通过对硫酸和固态酸对大米草多糖水解的条件及其水解产物的抗氧化和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的研究,结果表明:大米草多糖水解产物具有较强的抗氧化活性,其最佳硫酸水解浓度为1.6mol·L-1,最佳水解时间为4h,水解产物的羟基自由基清除率为85.7%,最佳固态酸水解条件为90℃,4h,羟基自由基清除率为82.0%.大米草多糖水解产物对α-葡萄糖苷酶也具有一定的抑制作用,其最佳硫酸水解浓度为0.6mol·L-1,最佳水解时间为5h,水解产物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率为48.6%.研究结果初步证明大米草多糖水解产物是一种重要的生物活性物质,为大米草多糖的开发利用提供了技术方法和理论依据.
The hydrolysis of Spartina polysaccharide, and the antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitor activities of the hydrolysates are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the hydrolysates reveal strong antioxidant activities, the best condition for sulfuric acid hydrolysis is 1.6 mol·L^-1 H2SO4 for 4h, and the OH scavenging rate is 85.7%. And the best condition for solid acid hydrolysis is 90℃ for 4h, and the OH scavenging rate is 82.0%. The SP hydrolysates showed mild α-glucosidase inhibitor activities, with the best condition for sulfuric acid hydrolysis being 0.6 mol·L^-1 H2SO4 for 5h, and the OH scavenging rate is 48.6%. The results indicate that the SP hydrolysates acts as an important bioactive substance, supporting the development and ultilization of the Spartina poiysaccharides.
