摘要
在分析传热机理的基础上,研制了一种采用半导体致冷的、床温低于室温的淬火流态床;系统研究了-30℃流态床的综合淬火效果。结果表明,该流态床的冷却能力较室温流态床提高20%以上,工件淬火后具有力学性能优,变形和开裂倾向小,组织和尺寸稳定性高等特点,具有工程应用价值。
Based on analysis of heat transfer,a semiconductor refrigerating quenching fluidized bed with a below room temperature is developed The comprehensive quenching effects of the bed at -30℃ is systematically studied The results showed that the cooling capacity of the bed is 20% higher than that of the non refigerating fluidized bed It is also found that after the workpieces are quenched in the bed,their mechanical properties are good,the trend of distortion and cracking is dropped,the stability of the structure and dimensions is improved so it will be applicable in engineering
