摘要
桃源县茶叶具有优良的种质资源、优越的产地环境和健全的科技支撑体系。实行标准化生产是把桃源大叶茶资源优势转化为商品优势、把品牌优势转变成名牌优势的必要条件。本文从生产、加工、贮运和销售等环节入手,探索桃源大叶茶标准化生产技术,以期提高桃源大叶茶的产品质量。
Taoyuan tea industry possesses rich variety resource,superior producing surroundings and systematical science support.To realize standardized production is a necessary condition in transforming tea resource advantage into commodity advantage,and brand advantage into famous brand advantage.In aim to improve Taoyuan tea product quality,this essay researches the standardized production technology of Taoyuan tea,from the step of production,process,storage and marketing.
