摘要
在分析45钢常见热处理缺陷的基础上,提出了改进措施。指出,对于小尺寸零件,为了获得良好的综合机械性能,宜采用调质处理,并适当降低其淬火温度,以减少淬火变形与开裂的倾向;对于大尺寸零件,宜采用淬火+低温回火或中温回火处理。为提高工件淬火后硬度的均勻性,可采用890~930℃高温奥氏体化,然后进行预冷淬火。
According to the analysis of the dejects formed in quenching steel ~*45 normal heat treating processes are recommended. As for those smaller machine parts, a quenchingtempering process is used normally, and it is better to quench at a lower temperature to avoid the deformation and crocking. For machine parts large in size, a low to medium temperature tempering after quenching is suitable. For the purpose to hare a comparatively uniform hardness, after a high temperature austenization at 890~930℃, precooling and then quenching is recommended.
