摘要
对30CrMnSi钢的动载磨料磨损试验研究指出,30CrMnSi钢的淬火组织具有较高耐磨性。但在不同冲击功下,当冲击功为1.2J时,耐磨性出现了峰值,经与高锰钢的耐磨特性相比表明,在轻、中等载荷冲击下,该钢可以取代高锰钢。
The abrasive wear of 30 CrMnSi steel by the action of impact load stress is studied. It is shown that quenching structure of 30 CrMnSi steel is of high wear resistance, however, in the tests of different impact works, when the impact work is 1.2 J; its wear resistance approaches maximum. As to be compared with the wear properties of high manganese steel, the 30 CrMnSi steel may be used instead of high manganse steel under light, medium impact load stress.
