颈椎生理曲度改变的X线生物力学分析

摘要 目的探讨颈椎生理曲度的X线改变与其应力之间的关系,进一步加深对颈椎生物力学的认识。方法对30例交感型颈椎病患者的颈椎过伸及过屈侧位,左、右斜位的x线片检查结果进行分析。结果颈椎生理曲度改变是最早出现也是最常见的颈椎病影像学表现,颈椎生理曲度的改变、颈椎的旋转、椎体角位移位和椎体间滑移,只能在颈椎各侧住照片中完全显示出来。结论颈椎生理曲度的生物力学改变与其应力之间有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between X - ray changes in the cervical spinal physiological and cervical vertebra stress, in order to know deeply cervical vertebra biodynamic. Method Analysis was made among 30 sympathetic cervical spondylosis patients' radiography in hyperflexion and hyperextension positions, as well as dual obligue projections of cervical vertebra. Results The changes in cervical spinal physiologial curvation was the first and the most common imaging manifestations of cervial spondylosis. The changes of cervical spinal physiologial curvation, the cervical vertebra rotation the angles and the shift beteen the vertebral body can only be shown in any lateral radiogra- phy of the neck. Conclusion Cervical biodynamic changes have very close relationship with its stress.
