摘要
目的分离并鉴定马蹄莲中烷烃。方法将乙醇提取物用硅胶柱分离得到烷烃,其化学结构经UV、IR、1H—NMR 、13C—NMR及GC—MS波谱分析确证。结果从马蹄莲中分离得到五种烷烃化合物:十八烷烃、二十烷烃、二十三烷烃、二十四烷烃、二十七烷烃。结论这些化合物均系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify alkane from Zantedeshia aethiopica. Methods Alkane from ethanol extracting part was obtained by silica chromatogram gel, and their chemical structure was identified by UV, IR , 1H NMR, 13C- NMR and GC - MS spectra. Results Five sortsof alkane such as eighteen alkane, Twenty - Three alkane, Twenty - Seven alkane, twenty alkane and Twenty - Four alkane were obtained from Zantedeshia aethiopica. Conclusion The five compounds are firstly isolated from Zantedeshia aethiopica.
