Study on Thin - layer Chromatography Method for Jiuji Ointment

目的建立久积膏的薄层色谱鉴别、检查方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中的桂枝、丁香、独活、羌活、芥子进行鉴别。结果在TLC色谱中检出桂枝、丁香、独活、羌活、芥子。结论所建立的方法能够用于本品的质量监控。

Methods Objective To establish ideulification methods by Thin - layer chromatography （TLC） for Jiuji Ramulus Cinnamoni, Syzygium aromaticum, Araliafargesii Franch, Notopterygium forbesii Boiss and Sinapis alba were identified by TLC. Results Ramulus Cinnamoni, Syzygium aromaticum, Araliafargesii Franch, Notopterygium forbesii Boiss and Sinapis alba were detected by TLC. Conclusion The established methods can be used for the quality control of Jiuji ointment.
