静脉血栓形成患者部分抗凝物质的变化及临床意义 被引量:1

The Changes of Plasma Anticoagulants in Patients with Venous Thrombosis and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨静脉血栓形成患者生理性和病理性抗凝物质的变化及其临床意义。方法采用发色底物法和血浆蝰蛇毒时间法分别检测34例静脉血栓形成患者及30例正常对照人群的血浆抗凝血酶活性(AT:A)、蛋白C活性(PC:A)和狼疮样抗凝物质比值(LAC),评价静脉血栓形成组抗凝蛋白缺陷发生情况。结果静脉血栓形成患者AT:A低于对照组(P<0.01),LAC高于对照组(P<0.01),而PC:A无显著性差异;34例静脉血栓形成患者中共有17例患者存在有生理性抗凝蛋白缺陷,其中AT缺陷占44.1%,PC缺陷占2.9%,复合缺陷占2.9%。结论静脉血栓形成可导致抗凝血酶活性下降,狼疮样抗凝物质增多是导致静脉血栓形成的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma anticoagulants in patients with venous thrombosis and its clinical significance. Methods The activity of plasma antithrombin (AT:A), the protein C(PC:A) and lupus-like anticoagulants ratio (LAC) were detected respectively with the chromogenic substrate method and plasma Kui venom time method in 34 patients with venous thrombosis and 30 normal controls. The anticoagulant proteins activity below x± 2 SD of physiological anticoagulant proteins activity was termed as physiological anticoagulation protein deficiency. Results In patients with venous thrombosis, AT: A was lower than that in control group( P 〈 0.01 )and LAC was higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.01 ), while there was no significant difference in PC: A betwecn two groups;Of all 34 patients, 17 patients were found to be physiological anticoagulant protein deficiency (44.1% AT deficiencies, 2.9% PC deficiencies and 2.9% composite deficiencies). Conclusions Venous thrombosis can result in decreased antithrombin activity, and increased lupus-like anticoagulants is one of the factors that lead to venous thrombosis.
