摘要
集体行为具有主体的群体性、行为的激进性、过程的传染性和影响的强烈性等特点。对集体行为要从切实保障公民的合法权益,积极推进参与型政治文化建设,不断提高政治制度化水平和努力完善法律体系等方面进行合理规制。
Collective behavior has the characteristics of the main groups, the radical behavior,the infectious process and the strong impact and so on. We should regulate the collective behavior reasonable by the effective protection of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, actively promote participatory political culture, constantly raise the level of political institutionalization and to improve the legal system, and other aspects.
