乐卡地平对原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

Clinical Study on the Effect of Lercanidipine on Insulin Resistance in Patients with Essential Hypertension

【目的】评价乐卡地平对原发性高血压(EH)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。【方法】50例轻、中度EH患者接受乐卡地平治疗8周,30例健康志愿者作为对照组。检测受试入选时和8周后血压、空腹血糖、血浆胰岛素,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。【结果】治疗8周后,EH组血压平稳下降,胰岛素抵抗有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】乐卡地平能改善原发性高血压患者胰岛素抵抗。

[Objective] To evaluate the effect of lercanidipine on insulin resistance （IR） in essential hypertension （EH）. [Methods] Fifty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were selected and treated with lercanidipine and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The blood pressure, blood glucose and insulin levels were measured, and insulin sensitivity index was calculated before and after treatment. [Results] After the treatment for 8 weeks, the reduction on blood Pressure was significant （ P〈0.05）. The serum insulin levels were decreased significantly in EH patients after treatment （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The lercanidipine has good effects on hypertension. It may decrease the serum insulin levels and improve insulin resistance in EH patients significantly.
