摘要
【目的】比较粘结剂中溶剂的不同对其牙本质粘结强度的影响。【方法】选取人体12颗无龋坏磨牙,用600目碳化硅砂纸在流水冲洗下预备出统一的牙本质粘结面玷污层,分别选用含不同溶剂的4种粘结剂(OptiBond Solo(OB)、Single Bond(SB)、One-Step(OS)、Prime&Bond NT(PB))进行粘结处理;每颗牙齿垂直于粘结面切割出8个1.0 mm×1.0 mm×4.0 mm粘结试件,分别进行牙本质粘结微拉伸强度(μTBS)测试。【结果】2种丙酮基粘结剂OS(28.65±4.93 MPa)和PB(27.12±4.13)MPa的牙本质粘结强度之间无显著性差异,而它们均明显高于乙醇/水基粘结剂OB(25.36±4.18)MPa和SB(24.25±3.97)MPa。【结论】粘结剂中溶剂的不同对其牙本质粘结强度影响显著。
[Objective] To observe the effect of the type of solvent in adhesives on dentin bond strength. [Methods]Superficial occlusal dentins of 12 molars extracted freshly were finished with 600-grit SiC paper un- der running water. Four adhesives were applied to dentin surfaces according to the manufacturers" instructions. The bonded teeth were sectioned occluso-gingivally into 1.0×1.0×4.0 mm3 serial slabs which were prepared forμTBS. [Results]There was no significant difference between the dentin bond strength of the adhesives with acetone-based solvent EOS (28.65 ± 4. 93 MPa), PB (27. 12 ± 4. 13 MPa)], which were all higher than those of the adhesives with ethanol/water-based solvent lOB (25.36 ± 4. 18 MPa), SB (24.25 ± 3. 97 MPa)] ( P 〈0.01) . [Conclusion]The type of solvent in adhesives has significant influence on their dentin bond strength.
