摘要
【目的】观察输注经137Csγ射线辐照的成分血预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主病(TA-GVHD)的疗效。【方法】将73例输注经γ射线辐照的红细胞悬液共341u(2u/次);机采血小板167个治疗量(10u/治疗量)的患者输血前后24小时外周血的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、和血小板计数(PLT)进行比较,并观察输注后1个月患者有无皮肤、骨髓、肝肠等器官及相关脏器受损表现。【结果】输注辐照成分血后24 h患者外周血Hb、RBC、PLT较之输血前均明显升高,呈显著差异(P<0.01)。所有患者均未出现TA-GVHD相关脏器受损表现。【结论】γ射线辐照成分血能提高血小板计数和血红蛋白含量,有效预防出血和输血相关性移植物抗宿主病的发生。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of γ-ray irradiated blood component transfusion in preventing transfusion associated graft versus host disease (TA GVHD). [Methods]The results of irradiated red blood cell suspension and platelet transfusion in 73 cases under hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were compared. And the patients' peripheral blood Hb, RBC and PLT at 24h before and after transfusion were compared. The damage of skin, bone marrow and intestine of patients were observed. [Results] In 24h after transfusion, patients' Hb, RBC and PLT were obviously increased. There was no organ damage in a month after transfusion. [Conclusion]γ-ray irradiated blood component can increase patients’ peripheral blood PLT and Hb, and can effectively prevent bleeding and TA-GVHD.
