Expression and Correlation of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Angiopoietin-2 in Patients with Uterus Myoma

摘要 【目的】研究血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及其相关性,探讨二者在子宫肌瘤发生发展中的作用。【方法】采用免疫组化的SP法,检测50例子宫肌瘤及肌瘤周围正常组织Ang-2及VEGF的表达,并用图像分析法测定二者的表达强度。【结果】50例子宫肌瘤组织中Ang-2及VEGF的表达阳性率分别为82%及78%,其表达均高于相应的瘤旁正常组织(P<0.01);相关性分析表明,Ang-2及VEGF表达之间存在明显正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】子宫肌瘤组织中Ang-2及VEGF均高表达,说明二者均参与子宫肌瘤的发生发展。二者表达呈正相关,推测Ang-2及VEGF在子宫肌瘤的发生发展中有协同作用。 [Objective]To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in uterus myoma, and the correlation between them, and their role in the pathogenesis and development of uterus myoma. [Methods] The expression of VEGF and Ang-2 of 50 uterus myoma tissues and peri-myoma normal tissues were detected by immune histochemistry S-P method. And also their expression intension was tested by image analysis method. [Results]The positive rate of Ang-2 and VEGF in 50 uterus myoma were 82% and 78%, respectively. Their expression in the groups of uterus myoma was higher than that of the controls ( P d0.01). Moreover, there was a close correlation between Ang-2 and VEGF expression levels ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]There are high expression of Ang-2 and VEGF in uterus myoma. VEGF and Ang-2 may involve in the pathogenesis of uterus myoma, and they are positively correlated. It presumes that VEGF and Ang-2 have synergistic effect in pathogenesis and development of uterus myoma.
