来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效观察

The curative effect of leflunomide in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome

目的观察来氟米特治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法32例经正规激素加环磷酰胺治疗无效的难治性肾病综合征患者。予泼尼松和来氟米特治疗12周,观察治疗前及治疗第4、8、12周尿常规、24h尿蛋白定量、血常规、肝肾功能、血脂的变化。结果治疗12周后显著降低尿蛋白含量,其中完全缓解5例,显著缓解8例,部分缓解13例,无效6例。结论来氟米特对部分难治性肾病综合征有效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of leflunomide in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 32 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome failed after standard regimen of prednisone and cyclophosphamide were treated by prednisone and leflunomide. The changes in urine routine test, amount of urine protein, blood routine test, liver and kidney function examination and serum level of lipids were examined before treatment and in 4th, 8th and 12th week after treatment. Results The amount of urinary protein was significantly decreased in all patients after treatment for 12 weeks, and complete remission was seen in 5 cases, significant remission in 8 cases, partial remission in 13 cases and failure in 6 cases. Conclusion Leflunomide is partially effective in treating cases of refractory nephrotie syndrome.
