摘要
研究了45钢离子氮碳共渗加低温淬火复合处理的应变疲劳性能。结果表明:它存在一个特征疲劳业变点,在该点下的低应变范围,复合处理提高疲劳性能;而在特征点以上的高应变范围,降低疲劳性能。这是由于硬化层应力集中和硬化层与基体交界处应变不协调所致。
The strain fatigue properties of 45 steel treated by nitrocarburizing plus a low temperature quenching were studied. The results show that there is a nature strain, below which the fatigue resistance of the steel is enhanced. And when the cyclic strain is above the nature strain, the compound treatment process will decrease the fatigue property due to alarge stress collection at the hardened layer and a s(?)rain non-coordination at the interlace of the hardened layer and the core matrix.
