摘要
用硼铁、硅铁和稀土镁合金对含3.0%碳、1.5%硅、0.7%锰的铁水进行变质,孕育复合处理,可使含硼碳化合物及D型石墨呈微细分布,用来浇铸仪表机床用的零件,加工后表面光沽度高,耐磨性好。
The cast iron containing primitively 3.0%c, 1.5%Si, 0.7%Mn is modified and inoculated with ferroboron, ferrosilicon and ferromagnesian-carium alloy. This enables both D-type graphite and boron containing carbide to disperse finely and homogeneously. Some parts for instument machine tool produced this way possess high smoothness and wear-resistance.
