Present Situation and Analysis of Sexual Distinction in Harmonious Society

实现男女平等是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,是我国社会发展的一项基本国策。我国经济与社会快速发展,但性别平等并未达到理想状态,特别是妇女的健康保障、受高等教育程度、职业选择、家庭地位、政治参与等方面还存在较为严重的不平等现象,还有待于进一步加以促进和改善。

To realize the equality between men and women is an inevitable requirement of constructing a harmonious socialist society and also a basic national policy of our country. With the rapid development of economy and sociegender equality does not meet an ideal state, especially in protection of women＇ s health. Certain serious inequali ty has always existed in many aspects like higher education degrees , career options, family status and political participation, etc. All these inequalities need to be promoted and improved further.
