摘要
搞好课堂教学,发挥博士青年教师在教学工作上的作用,在高校培养创新人才中至关重要;要建立与完善对博士青年教师教学管理与培养机制;针对如何提高博士青年教师的教学质量提出思考与建议,使他们成为教学的中坚力量。
Young Ph.D. teachers play an important role in cultivating creative students at higher learning institutions. This paper tries to discuss the establishment and improvement of management and training system of the Ph.D. teachers. It puts forward workable measures to improve their teaching capacities as the mainstay at the university.
