烤烟致香成分与评吸质量的相关性分析 被引量:20

摘要 采用近代先进检测手段对云南省昆明、曲靖、保山三大主产烟区2007年生产的200个初烤烟叶样品(B2F,C3F两个主要等级)同时进行了致香成分检测评价和评吸质量评定,并且在烟叶评价中应用了SPSS12.0优化统计软件研究了烟叶中各类致香物质间的相关性及烟叶感官质量评吸指标间的相关性.结果表明:烟叶各类致香成分之间具有很强的正相关;烟叶各个评吸质量指标之间具有较强的关联性,其中烟叶香气质的各项指标间存在着显著的正相关,而刺激性则与其他指标的关联度不大;烟叶致香成分和评吸质量之间具有一定的关联性. Base on preliminary evaluation system of tobacco quality, to make detection evaluation of aroma compositions and quality evaluation of smoking quality of the samples( B2F and C3F, two major grades) from 200 tobacco ones of the year 2007 coming from the three main tobacco producing areas Kunming, Qujing and Baoshan. To use SPSS12. 0 optimization statistic software to study the eorrelativity between the indexes of smoking quality and aroma compositions in the tobacco leaves. The results showed: the obvious positive correlation among kinds of aroma compositions ; the obvious positive correlation among indexes of smoking quality and minor correlation between stimulation and other index; certain correlation between leaf aroma comoositions and smoking quality.
