摘要
研究结果表明:在相同的生态环境与栽培措施下,K326品种栽培在红紫泥田与鸡粪土田中,所产烟叶各类重要致香成分呈现明显差异.种植在红紫泥田中所产烟叶的类胡萝卜素及其降解产物、类西柏烷类降解物、非挥发性有机酸、美拉德反应产物、主要潜香物质及茄酮、苯乙醛、吲哚等的含量及其所占各类总量的比例均明显高于在鸡粪土田中所产烟叶;新植二稀、多酚类物质变化不大,半挥发性有机酸有所下降.结果表明,土壤种类能影响烤烟致香成分,红紫泥田更有利于K326香气品质的显露.
The research shows that, in the same condition of ecologic .al environment and cultivation, the flue-cured tobacco K326 growing in red purple soil and chicken dung soil, aroma components content of leaf were different significantly. The content of carotenoid and its degradation products, products degraded by eembrane, nonvolatile organic acids, products of maillard reaction, latent fragrant substances and geranyl acetone, Phenylaeetaldehyde, indole and so on in red purple soil were higher than those growing in chicken dung soil, but neoplytadiene and degrading products changed little, semi-volatile organic acids has decreased somewhat. It is proved that soil species can impact the content of aroma components, and red purple soil is favorable for K326 to show the superiority.
