云南省中、小学体育经费现状调查及其对策研究

The Research on the Investigation and Countermeasure about the Present Situation of Physical Education Funds in High and Elementary Schools of Yunnan Province

调查结果显示:云南省中、小学年度校均体育经费占年度校均教育经费的0.48%,生均占0.61%,总比值低于1%;体育经费来源渠道少,数量有限,总体投入水平低,各级各类学校之间相差悬殊很大,经费短缺的状况明显;体育器材和场地从种类到数量基本上难以满足教学的需要,不利于学校体育工作的正常开展.因此,应明确规定体育经费在学校教育经费中所占的比例,加大投入,拓宽来源,加强管理,提高器材的使用率.

Through the investigation we find that in high and elementary Schools of Yunnan Province, every school＇s average expenditure of P. E occupies 0. 48% of whole education every year, every student＇s occupies 0. 61% , with a total ratio of less than 1%. There are fewer sources of funds with limited amount and low level of total investment. There is great difference and distance among all levels of schools, also the obvious situation of expenditure shortage. The equipments and fields of sports, from the sorts to numbers, basically can＇t meet the demands of P. E teaching, and it is unfavorable to the normal development of the school P. E work. Therefore, it must be decided the percentage of PE funds among the school educational expenditure. To enlarge investment, widen the sources, enforce the management and increase the utilization of sports apparatus.
