阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量槲皮素

摘要 在氨性介质中,过氧化氢氧化次甲基蓝使其褪色,痕量槲皮素抑制该褪色反应,基于此建立了抑制动力学分光光度法测定槲皮素的新方法,方法的线性范围为1.5×10^-5~4.5×10^-4μg/mL,检出限为1.2×10^-5μg/mL. A new kinetic spectrophotometric procedure for the analysis of Quercetin in Chinese traditional medicine has been described. This method was based on its catalytic effect of Quereetic on the redox reaction of methylene blue-hydrogen peroxide system in ammonium chloride cushion solution medium. The action of Quercetin in this system was studied. The linear range of determination is 1. 5 × 10^-5 μg/ml-4.5 × 10^-4 μg/ml with detection limits off. 2 × 10^-5μg/ml. The procedure was proved to be suitable in terms of selectivity for the micro amount of Quercetin in Chinese traditional medicine.
