摘要
目的 建立一种水中挥发性芳烃化合物含量的测定方法。方法采用吹扫捕集法对水中的挥发性芳烃化合物进行富集,热解吸后导入气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC—MS)中用选择离子模式(SIM)进行检测。结果各目标组分的,为0.9974—0.9996,平均加标回收率为92.6%-100.3%,RSD为2.10%~9.51%(n=6),方法检出限为0.001~0.008μg/L。结论本方法一次进样可同时对水中14种芳烃化合物进行定性和定量分析,且简便、准确、可靠。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of aromatic volatile compounds in water. Methods The method of GC - MS analysis in SIM mode with purge and trap pre - concentration was adopted. Results The linear correlation coefficient of analyzed compounds ranged from 0. 9974 to 0. 999 6 and the average recoveries of the method ranged from 92.6% to 100. 3% with a relative standard deviation range of 2. 10% - 9. 51% (n =6). The limit of detection ranged from 0. 001 to 0. 008 μg/L Conclusion 14 kinds of aromatic volatile compounds including chlorinated benzene and benzoid compounds could be determined simultaneously and accurately in one injection.
