Analysis and Countermeasures of the Status Quo of the Cultural Undertakings in the New Socialist Countryside

加强农村文化建设既是新农村建设的重要内容,又是推进新农村建设的强大动力和重要保障。当前农村文化建设中存在的主要问题有:认识存在偏差,政策落实不力;文化空间缩小,文化品位下降;队伍素质偏低,管理机制缺位;投入经费不足,设施建设落后。加强新农村文化建设应该对农民进行党的基本理论、基本路线和农村基本政策教育,改善党的领导,加大资金投入力度,加强农村公共文化设施建设,普及科学技术,创新活动载体,丰富文化生活。

To Strengthen the cultural undertakings in the countryside is important content to build new countryside and strong drive and guarantee to promote the building of new countryside. Main problems in the process can be summed up as follows ： bias in the understanding, poor implementation of the policies, narrower cultural dimensions, decreasing cultural taste, low personnel quality, defaulted management mechanism, insufficient financial input and backward infrastructure. To strengthen the cultural undertakings in the new countryside, we should： educate the farmers on CPC＇s basic theories, basic lines, basic policies concerning the countryside, improve the leadership of CPC, increase the financial input, enhance the building of the public cultural facilities, popularize science and technology, innovate the cultural carrier and enrich the cultural life.
