摘要
刑法学是实践性很强的学科,在其本科教学中,案例教学是一个非常重要的环节,不同的教师因对刑法的理解以及司法实务经验的不同,对案例的分析方法亦不同,"他山之石,可以攻玉",两名教师经多年实践,采用同堂竞技法教授刑法案例分析,对于加深刑法理论的理解、拓展学生思维模式,大有裨益。
Criminal law is a discipline with very strong practicality. In the undergraduate teaching program, case teaching is a very important link. Because different instructors may have different understanding of the criminal law and judicial experience, they may adopt different method in doing case analysis. After years of practice, two instructors use ＂athletic - teaching method＂ to analyze the case of the criminal law, which is of great benefit to deepen the understanding of the theories of criminal law and improve students＇ thinking abilities.
