卡环嵌入式精密接口三维造型与几何参数研究

摘要 提出了环类零件圆周上接口配合面几何参数优化设计方法.基于电火花线切割结构工艺性能和AutoCAD软件三维造型方法,获得卡环嵌入式精密接口的几何模型.定义了6个接头几何参数,讨论了接头端面楔角参数β1对其他5个几何参数的影响,分析了几何参数对于接头配合性能的影响.研究表明:对于Φ105卡环,端面楔角β1从60°增加到128°,其他5个几何参数明显地变化,配合面配合稳定性下降,吻合程度增加.端面楔角β1为85°~95°,接头几何参数以及优化设计方法可以在电火花线切割和卡环设计和制造中应用. A optimum design method is presented to obtain the geometry parameter of three-dimensional fitting surface of cut along the circumference of parts with ring shape. Firstly ,the geometry models of embed cut of ring were gained based on structure technologic performance during electric spark wire incision process and three-dimensional modelling by AutoCAD software. Then ,6 geometry parameters were defined , and the effects of this one on the end wedge angle β1 on 5 others were discussed. Finally, the relations between the geometry parameters and fitting performances of embed cut were constructed.The results show that the 5 other parameters change evidently,the stability when fitting the protruding end to concave one decreases, but fittimg area rises, when β1 increase from 60° to 128°. It is concluded that the optimum method and geometry data should be applied in the electric spark wire incision process and the design and manifacture of ring under the condition of β1 limited from 85° to 95°. 9figs., 8refs.
