散热损失现场测量方法研究

摘要 热力设备散热对于热力设备效率有较大的影响,同时造成了大量热量的散失。在暖通空调冬季供暖中,准确测量散热对于计算热力设备效率有重要的实际意义。基于热流计测定法和表面温度法,并根据现场测量经验,提出了α~Δt回归方法。其方法的核心是建立热力设备表面放热系数与散热表面同环境温差Δt的回归方程。在α~Δt回归方程的基础上,测量散热表面的温度分布,从而可以最终求出散热量。将散热损失测量减少至有限数量的热流密度测量和表面温度测量,简化散热损失测量。 The heat loss influences the performance of thermal power equipment greatly and makes large quantity of energy waste. To survey heat loss exactly helps power equipment performance calculation a lot in HVAC heating process in winter. This paper advances α~△t At regression method to measure heat loss based on the heat flow meter method and surface temperature method combining with on-site investigation experiences. The most important concept of this method is to set up the regression equation between thermal power equipment surface heat emission factor and the temperature difference between heat emission surface and environment △t. Based on the α~△t At regression equation, we can finally get the gross heat loss with the surface temperature distribution, simplifying complex heat loss investigation into heat flow and surface temperature survey.
