摘要
首先介绍和分析了既有办公建筑围护结构节能改造的适用技术,主要包括外墙、外窗和屋顶的节能改造技术。然后采用建筑能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus建立上海地区既有办公建筑的典型建筑(prototypical building)模型,用该模型模拟计算上海地区既有办公建筑围护结构的各种节能改造措施使冷热负荷的减少量,从而分析比较这些措施的节能效果。
This paper firstly introduces and analyzes the feasible energy saving retrofitting technologies for envelope of existing office buildings, mainly about exterior walls, windows and roofs. Then it builds up a prototypical existing office building model using EnergyPlus to simulate and calculate the decrease of cooling and heating loads due to various retrofitting strategies for envelope. The energy saving effects of the strategies are analyzed.
