摘要
高职市场营销专业学生毕业后大多从事一线销售工作,销售职业能力的培养应成为高职市场营销专业的核心培养目标,本文从职业能力的内涵以及销售人员销售职业能力分析入手,对高职市场营销专业学生销售职业能力培养进行了一定的探索。
Most higher marketing sales students will do the sales work at the first-line, training their marketing professional abilities should be the core objectives. From analyzing the connotation of professional capacity, as well as the marketing sales professional ability, the author carries out a mount of exploration on training the high vocational college students' marketing sales professional abilities.
