Ten Concepts on Strengthening Student Management in Vocational Colleges

目前,高职院校的学生管理工作方方面面的规律尚处于探索阶段,因而产生了一些误区,以致学生管理任务偏重、效率偏低、压力偏大。要从根本上改变这一状态,须强化"以学生为本"的理念,从学生管理人员的工作方法、工作态度尤其是工作理念着手,把学生管理作为一个专业来研究,创造性的开展高职院校的学生管理工作。

At present, student management law in higher colleges is still in the exploratory stage, which resulting in a number of errors in student management. In order to change the condition, we must strengthen the ＂ student-centered＂ concept, from the student managers＂ working methods, working altitude, and working ideas to study on student management as a professional subject, carry out high vocational college student management creatively.
