摘要
专职辅导员队伍是高职院校班级管理和思想政治教育工作的主体力量。专职辅导员工作涉及的内容很多,但主要的工作任务是要从重视班级学风建设,创新就业指导工作,培养学生综合素质,用心对待每一位学生等方面入手,强化学生的"成人"教育。
Full-time counselor is the main forces of class management and the ideological and political education in higher colleges. Full-time counselor working involved in a lot of content, but the main task should be started from the following parts as the attention of building up class style, innovation, career guidance, students＇ comprehensive quality training, intention of treat each student to strengthen students＇ ＂adult＂ education.
