摘要
本文就构建与完善新疆生态产业建设的政策保障体系进行了较全面的理论分析和概括。通过对生态产业建设的政策保障的阐述,以期为政府实施科教兴新战略和十一五规划建议的蓝图提供制度倾斜的理论参考。
The author brings out summarization and analysis of policy guarantee system of ecological industry in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is to provide theoretical reference of institutional inclination for implementing the strategy of rejuvenating Xingjiang via science and education and “Eleventh Five-year Project” proposition by expatiating on the policy guarantee system of ecological industry construction.
