Research of Connection Between Moral Value and Occupational Moral Cognition of High Vocational Students

本文对高职生价值观、职业道德认知量表进行了测试,研究表明,高职生价值观和职业道德认知及其各维度有非常显著的正相关,并建立了价值观预测职业道德认知5个回归模型及价值观和职业道德认知典型相关路径,并提出一些建议。

Their values, personal values, moral values, aim values, the occupational moral cognition and the practice of occupation are gradually growing higher as they are elder. The values and occupational moral cognition and their every thinking degree have very notable rectifying relevance. The writer has set up 5 models for the prediction from values to occupational moral cognition and the canonical correlation between them. And some suggestions are given in the paper.
