摘要
本文以黑龙江省农业科学院浆果研究所选配的楚伊×蒙优1、楚伊×蒙优2、楚伊×蒙优3、楚伊×蒙优4、HS-21×蒙优1、HS-22×阿列伊、绥棘1号×蒙优7和HS-20×阿列伊8个大果沙棘杂交组合为研究对象,对杂交后代主要遗传变异性状进行了初步研究,结果表明:总体看杂交后代果实密度、棘刺密度、果实重量、果柄长度遗传变异呈低亲倾向,株高呈高亲倾向,但果柄长度、棘刺密度都有部分超亲的组合,分别占组合的25%和38%;从变异范围看,果柄长度、果实密度、棘刺密度又有不同比例的高亲个体,株高也有部分低亲的个体,为综合性状优良的单株选择提供了机会。
The main genetic characteristics on hybrid offspring from eight macro-fruit seabuckthorns, such as Chuyi × mengyoul, chuyi × mengyou2, chuyi × mengyou3, chuyi × mengyou4, Hs-21 × mengyoul, HS-22 × alieyi, suijil × mengyou7 and HS-20 × alieyi selected by Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Science, have been studied. The results show the genetic variation of the fruit density, thorn density, fruit weigh and fruit stem length of hybrid offspring had a tendency of low-parent, while plant height had a tendency of high-parent. But the fruit stem and thorn density both had combinations of ultra-high parent about 25% and 38%, respectively; for the range of variation, the fruit stem length, fruit density and thorn density had high-parent individual in various proportions, while the plant height with low-parent individual, which all provided a chance for selecting good species, subspecies or varieties.
