即将开始实施的窟野河流域沙棘生态减沙工程,在窟野河流域支毛沟内种植沙棘,采取植物措施,在产沙源头拦截泥沙,治理水土流失,以达到减少入黄泥沙的目的。本文针对该项目即将开展的监测工作,重点阐述分析在技术层面上,监测技术路线的可行性,主要探讨监测内容、监测分区和实现高监测技术水平的监测技术路线可行性。
