摘要
个性化改造是近年来我国监狱工作者对监狱罪犯进行教育改造的模式进行改革创新的有益探索。从个性化改造的理论基础出发,以全面质量管理模式为框架,组织实施个性化改造,促进罪犯教育改造的模式创新。
The personalized transformation is the beneficial exploration of the reform innovation to the education transformation made by jail workers in recent years. From the personalized transformation ＇ s rationale base, We should take the personalized transformation of the total quality management pattern as the analysis frame organization to cause the transformation of the pattern innovation.
