摘要
哈特的理论对现代分析法学产生了巨大影响,他关于法律与道德的观点也是其特色理论之一。哈特与富勒、德富林以及德沃金等人论战中更是展现出独特的观点。本文主要围绕这三次论战展开研究。
Hart＇ s theory has the enormous influence to the modem analysis legal science, the viewpoint about law and moral is also one of its characteristic theories. The debate among Hart, Fuller, Defulin and Devoking shows Hart＇ unique viewpoint. This article centers mainly on these three controversies.
