随着高等教育的快速发展,素有"象牙塔"之称的高校正成为职务犯罪的"重灾区"。高校职务犯罪的频发,有主观方面的因素,更有复杂的客观因素。预防高校职务犯罪是一项专门性、长期性、复杂性的系统工程,需要构建预防工作的目标体系,并完善相应的预防措施。

With the quick development of higher education, university, formerly known as “ivory tower” is now becoming “heavy disaster area” of duty crime. Both subjective factors and objective factors exist at the same time in the frequent duty crime at universities. Preventing duty crime in university is a specific, long and complex systematic project, which requires constructing the goal system for the prevention work and perfecting corresponding prevention measures.
