摘要
目的:探讨MMP-2、HIF-1α在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达、两者相关性及其作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-2和HIF-1α在86例口腔鳞癌和20例正常非肿瘤组织中的表达情况、两者的相关性。结果:MMP-2和HIF-1α在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为85.9%和90.70%,均高于正常组织15.0%,10.0%;差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);MMP-2和HIF-1α在口腔鳞癌中的表达呈正相关性(CAMMA值0.496,P=0.006)。结论:MMP-2和HIF-1α在口腔鳞癌组织中的相互作用与口腔鳞状细胞癌增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关。
Objective: To study the protein expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1alpha (HIF-1α) and matrix matalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and their correlation. Methods: Tissue sections from 86 OSCC patients were examined using immunohistochemistry technique for protein expression of MMP-2 and HIF-1α. Results: Positive MMP-2 and HIF-1αimmunostaining were detected in 85.9% and 88.4% of OSCC respectively. Expression of MMP-2 had a significant positive relation to HIF-1α. Conclusion: HIF-1αand MMP-2 have a significant positive correlation in OSCC. MMP-2 plays a important role in HIF-1αdevelopment. Over-expression of MMP-2 and HIF- 1αcontribute to tumor cell proliferation, development and metastases.
