粘毛蓼脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究粘毛蓼的脂溶性成分。方法:采用索氏提取法提取脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱法分析化学成分。结果:从粘毛蓼中分离得到44个化学成分,鉴定了其中的35个成分,占色谱总出峰面积的83.42%,主要脂肪酸为油酸,亚油酸和棕榈酸。结论:粘毛蓼脂溶性成分中主要为烷烃类成分(40.98%)和脂肪酸成分(29.01%),另外还含少量的植醇、甾醇类化合物。所得成分均为首次从本植物中发现。 Objective: AM: To analyze liposolubility components from polygonum viscosum Buch. -Ham. Methods: Liposolubility components from polygonum viscosum Buch. -Ham. were extracted by Soxhlet extraction, and GC-MS was used to analyze their chemical components Results: Forty-four components were extractioned from p. viscosum Buch. - Ham. , and thrity-five were identified , amounting to 83.42% of the total constituents, oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmic acid were the main compounds of the fatty acids. Conclusion: Hydrocarbon and fatty acids are the main components of p. viscosum Buch. -Ham., few sterol and phytol also exist in its liposolubility components. All of this components found in this study are the first time to report.
