摘要 建立了固相萃取气相色谱法测定黄瓜中的48种有机磷农药残留的方法。方法:用体积比1∶1的环己烷和乙酸乙酯提取样品中的有机磷农药,固相萃取(SPE)柱净化,气相色谱FPD检测。结果表明:54种有机磷农药在46min内分离良好,在0.01mg/L~1.0mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9939~0.9999;在0.01mg/kg~0.05mg/kg浓度范围内,外标加标法平均回收率在65%~136%之间;相对标准偏差为0.12%~16%;方法检出限为0.0065mg/L~0.15mg/L。结论:该方法提取完全、净化彻底、定量准确、操作简便、灵敏度高、符合实际应用需要。 The method is described for the determination of 48 pesticides commonly used in cucumber. Vegetables samples are extracted with organic solvent and cleaned by SPE system, then analyzed by GC-FPD. The obtained correlation coefficient was ranged from 0.9939 to 0.9999. The average recoveries for the pesticides ranged from 65 % - 136%, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were ranged from 0.12 % to 16 %. The detection limit of this method was ranged from 0.0065 to 0.15 mg/L. This method is of complete extraction, quite purification, accuracy, simplicity, sensitive and can meet the needs for practical application.
