Application of Molecular Marker Techniques in Insect Population Genetics

摘要 介绍了近年来RAPD,AFLP,PCR-SSCP和微卫星等分子标记技术在昆虫种群遗传结构、生物型鉴别、天敌识别及利用以及亲缘关系的鉴定、亲系识别等研究方面的应用,并展望其应用前景. In this paper, the applications of molecular marker techniques in the studies of insect population genetic structure,biotype distinguishment, certainty of natural enemies, kin recognition were reviewed, and the application prospects were discussed.
