摘要
研究了以氨水和碳酸铵的混合液为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇400(PEG400)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBSA)为表面处理剂,用直接沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌的工艺条件,并用精工SPA400扫描探针显微镜分析了产品的显微结构。实验结果表明该方法制备的纳米氧化锌纯度高,平均粒径小,达到纳米氧化锌国家标准(GB/T 19589)的三级要求。
The technology is studied to produce Nano-zinc oxide through using direct precipitation methods, the precipitation agent is the mixture solution of NH3H2O and (NH,)2CO3, the surface treating agent is PEG400 and DBSA; the micro-structure is analyzed by using the Seiko SPA400 scan probe microscope. Experiment results indicates that: This method is simple for the product, the purity is higher, particle diameter is smaller; the quality is conformable to the third degrees requiements of national standards (GB/T 19589-2004).
