摘要
顺应制造业日渐自动化、智能化的趋势,数控编程也开始向基于加工特征的自动化、智能化编程的方向发展.针对汽车覆盖件装焊夹具基板孔加工过程中,孔数量众多,传统编程方法效率低的现状,本文基于UG-CAM系统,应用UG知识融接工具Knowledge Fusion(KF),二次开发出了适用于夹具基板孔加工的自动编程系统,并实际应用于企业承接的某夹具项目.
Based on graphical interactive programming, NC programming is now developing along the way of automation and intelligentization. In the welding jig manufacturing industry, traditional way of NC programming is not efficient; as there are usually a big amount of simple holes which needs to be machined in the jig base. To improve the efficiency of hole making in the welding jig manufacturing process, the author developes an UG- CAM based on automatic NC programming system, using a knowledge fusion (KF) tool supplied by UGS; and make it into pratical use in a welding jig manufacturing project in a company that manufactures body equipments.
