摘要
于2006~2008年对大蒜(Alliumsativum)根际土壤中的寄生线虫进行了系统的种类鉴定研究。从采自山东省济南、平度2个市的大蒜上的15份线虫标样中,鉴定出寄生线虫共计4个科、5个属、6个种。其中,真滑刃属2个种,为燕麦真滑刃线虫Aphelenchusavenae和裂片真滑刃线虫Aphelenchussparsus;茎线虫属1个种,为马铃薯茎线虫Ditylenchusdestructor;丝尾垫刃属1个种,为兼性丝尾垫刃线虫Filenchusfacultativus;螺旋属1个种,为假强壮螺旋线虫Helicotylenchvzpseudorobustus;平滑垫刃属1个种,为活泼平滑垫刃线虫Psilenchushilarulus。鉴定结果表明,真滑刃属和茎属线虫种类和数量较多,为优势种群。
The parasitic nematodes from rhizosphere soil of Allium sativum were systematically studied on morphological identification from 2006 to 2008. Fifteen samples ofAllium sativum collected from Ji'nan, Pingdu in Shandong province were examined and 6 species were identified from 5 genera, 4 families of nematodes. They were: Aphelenchus avenae ; Aphelenchus sparsus ; Ditylenchus destructor; Filenchus facultativus ; Helicotylenchus pseudorobustus ; Psilenchus hilarulus. The result shows that there are more species in Aphelenchus and Ditylenchus and they are dominant species.
