摘要
通过采用吸收光谱法、纸层析法和溶媒萃取法研究了木霉菌株Td31发酵产生的拮抗物质在不同酸碱、温度条件下的理化性质。研究结果表明,木霉菌Td31菌株产生的拮抗物质为酸性、脂溶性、金色抗霉素类抗生素,最大紫外吸收波长为214nm;在pH2—8范围内,性质稳定,对抑菌活性无显著影响;pH大于8,随着pH的升高,活性逐渐减弱;热稳定性强,在40~100%范围内处理1h或110℃处理20min抑菌活性不受温度变化的影响,在121℃处理20min抑菌率略有降低,但仍高达58.5%。
The physical and chemical characteristics of antagonistic substance produced by Trichoderma sp. Td31 were studied with absorption spectroscopy, paper chromatography and solvent extraction under conditions of differ- ent pH and temperature. The result showed that the substance was acidic fat - soluble and belonged to golden - an- timycin antibiotic, and its maximum UV. absorption wavelength was 214nm ; Dealt with different pH from 2 to 8, it was stable and pH had no obvious influence on its antibacterial activity; But with pH (greater than 8) increasing, the activity weakened gradually ; Disposed for an hour at 40,50,60,70,80,90 and 100℃ respectively or for 20 mi- nutes at 110℃, it was still stable without weakening its activity; and for 20 minutes at 121℃, the inhibition rate decreased a little but was up to 58.5%.
